Job summary

LMI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to integrate the LIGER GenAI platform into customers' business processes, build new functionalities, and ensure successful deployments. This role reports to Sales Engineering and may work on-site, in a hybrid format, or remotely with occasional travel across the United States.

Required qualifications include an active Secret clearance, strong Python and PostgreSQL skills, and hands-on experience with LLMs/NLP and full-stack development (MEAN/Angular).

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Extensive experience with PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and AI tech.
• Proven full-stack development with MEAN Stack, Angular.
• Strong containerization and CI/CD (Docker, GitLab).
• Familiarity with AWS GovCloud and DoD/federal environments.
• Ability to integrate software with APIs and existing processes.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to integrate the LIGER GenAI platform into their processes.
• Build new features and enhancements within the LIGER platform.
• Ensure successful deployment and initial configuration for 60–180 days post-sale.
• Engage with customers in person, hybrid, or remote formats as needed.
• Provide technical consulting and guidance throughout deployment phases.
• Collaborate with product and support teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Travel occasionally to US customer locations for direct engagements.
