Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Engineering Technician to support FAA TSSC-5 contracts. You will perform installation, modification, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on NAS electronic systems across field sites nationwide.

Under limited supervision, you will read schematics, work from drawings, assist with power-up and testing, maintain logs, and ensure safety and quality standards. Travel up to 100% within the USA is required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma.
• Willing to travel up to 100% within the USA.
• Background check by federal authorities will be performed.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, test, and repair NAS electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot to unit/board/module level.
• Read schematics and drawings; follow FAA orders and procedures.
• Document maintenance logs, tickets, and test results.
• Collaborate with senior technicians, engineers, and FAA representatives.
