Job summary

Parsons is seeking an Electronics Technician III to support the FAA under the TSSC-5 contract. The role involves installing, testing, and maintaining electronic systems across the NAS, with work performed in various FAA facilities nationwide.

The position requires travel up to 100% within the USA and a strong foundation in electronics and RF.) Candidates will read schematics, use standard test equipment, and document activities per FAA and Parsons procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% within the USA.
• Working knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
• Fundamentals of RF and communications equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, and remove electronic systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair to unit, board, or module level.
• Perform preventive maintenance and testing using standard instruments.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and FAA/industry manuals.
• Document work activities and maintain logs and test forms.
