ERM is seeking Environmental, Health and Safety Specialists to support Global EHS operations across San Francisco Bay Area sites. This field-based, full-time role focuses on compliance, safety program development, and emergency preparedness in high-tech R&D environments.

Expect active client interaction, audits, and on-site coaching. Minimum 7 years of EHS experience, with strong lab safety and chemical safety knowledge.

Formación

• 7+ years in EHS support.
• Experience in high-tech R&D environments, including cleanrooms.
• Experience maintaining emergency equipment (PAPR, respirators).
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform compliance audits to assess client compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Identify follow-up corrective actions to close audit findings.
• Provide technical assistance on EHS projects including lab safety and chemical safety.
• Manage emergency response equipment and related procedures.
• Develop and implement EHS procedures, plans, permits, and reports.
• Support training, field coaching, and targeted EHS assessments.
