Job summary

ERM is seeking motivated EHS Consultants to join our Performance & Assurance team in the Bay Area, California, and Seattle Metro, Washington. The role emphasizes OSHA/state compliance, risk assessments, and safety program development for diverse clients.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience providing EHS support.
Effective written and verbal communication, organization, and analytical skills.
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment and manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

Perform compliance audits to assess client compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
Identify follow-up corrective actions to close audit findings.
Provide technical assistance on EHS compliance and management system projects.
Develop and implement EHS procedures, plans, permits and reports.
Support clients’ safety performance through training and assessments.
Manage tasks within scope, budget and schedule with quality deliverables.
Build client relationships and deliver projects through ERM Partners and PMs.
