Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience with residential construction or solar experience.
- Ability to transport materials and equipment (up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance).
- Able to work on rooftops and in outdoor conditions with PPE and safety regulations.
Responsabilités
- Install structural upgrades for accounts.
- Complete home repairs such as roof repairs and drywall.
- Provide project review and material sourcing.
- Maintain safety and quality on-site.
