Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services seeks a Lead Construction Superintendent for a major SC project. You will oversee self-performed work, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with the General Superintendent and project team to meet scope, schedule, and budget targets.

You will develop detailed work plans, review field changes, and manage permits and documentation while fostering a collaborative, safety-first field environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 7–10 years of experience on $15 million+ projects in a superintendent role.
• Experience leading components and/or whole projects.
• OSHA 30 Hour certified.
• Strong technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day execution and coordination of assigned trades and self-performed work.
• Develops and communicates detailed work plans for assigned scopes.
• Maintains understanding of contracts, specs, and coordination requirements.
• Ensures permits, inspections, and compliance documentation are secured.
• Leads safety and quality control; maintains daily field reports.
• Plans site logistics, sequencing, and material flow.
• Tracks production, labor hours, and productivity metrics.
