Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, meets design intent and drawings.
• Keeps project on schedule; escalates delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Writes Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review with site construction lead or PCM.
• Takes progress photographs and labels each photograph.
• Prepares Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensures contractors use the latest design revision for construction.
• May provide assistance to Project Construction Manager.
• May be responsible for key trade or subcontractor support.
• Prepares contract extras and progress payments with client approval working with PM.
• Maintains proper correspondence with project management and clients.
