Job summary

Roncelli, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This onsite, field-based role requires daily presence on project sites and occasional travel to Sterling Heights HQ.

Expect oversight of safety, quality, schedule, and budget, with a focus on client relationships and contract administration. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five years in construction PM and a Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressive construction project management experience.
• OSHA 30 required or to be completed within 30 days; safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction turnover through closeout and warranty follow-up.
• Manage budgets, schedules, pay applications, and subcontractor performance.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
