Job summary

Roncelli, Inc. in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This onsite, field-based role emphasizes safety, quality, and client relationships while managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors. You will collaborate with Superintendents, engineers, and accounting to ensure projects stay on track and within contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive construction project management experience, including budgets, schedules, contracts, and coordination.
• OSHA 30 required or ability to complete within 30 days of hire; driver’s license needed.
• Pre-employment drug testing and background checks may apply as per client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned construction projects from preconstruction turnover through closeout.
• Develop and implement project execution plans, schedules, and controls.
• Coordinate activities across PM, Field Ops, design teams, subs, and clients.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions and escalation plans.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, permits, safety, and quality standards.
