Job summary

Roncelli, Inc. in Sterling Heights, MI is hiring a full-time Project Engineer to support planning, coordination and execution of construction projects. You will assist with submittals, cost tracking, schedule monitoring, and field coordination to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential. Procore and Bluebeam experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 2 years of construction or project support experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and transmittals.
• Track project costs, materials, labor hours, and equipment usage.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and progress reporting.
• Support field coordination and quality control with subcontractors.
