DIHO Consulting USA LLC in Sulphur, LA is seeking a Senior Construction Materials Testing Technician to perform field testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and related materials in accordance with project specs and industry standards.

You will generate accurate field and laboratory reports, communicate with dispatch and clients, and support a safety‑driven team on diverse job sites while maintaining reliability and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of Construction Materials Testing experience.
• Experience with soils, concrete, asphalt, and field testing procedures.
• ACI, NICET, TxDOT, or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and related materials.
• Conduct concrete testing (slump, air content, temperature, unit weight).
• Perform soil compaction testing using sand cone or nuclear density gauge.
• Complete Proctor testing, Atterberg limits, sieve analysis, and other soil tests.
• Monitor pile installation documentation (capacity, penetration, blow counts).
• Prepare accurate field and laboratory reports.
• Communicate daily with dispatch, management, technical staff and onsite clients.
