Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction operations and support departments including HSE, Quality, Material Management, Procurement, Construction Engineering, Project Controls.
• Develop and maintain Construction Execution Plan, WBS, schedule, resource needs, and equipment rental plans.
• Ensure team understands the Construction Execution Plan and delivers project excellence.
• Identify stakeholders early and build strong relationships through effective communication.
