Job summary

Lexicon is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations and report to the Construction Manager, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality execution of construction activities across projects.

The role involves mentoring Superintendents and foremen, coordinating schedules and manpower, and serving as the primary liaison between field teams and management while upholding installation standards and safety policies. 15+ years of related project management experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years’ experience as a manager of related projects.
• Experience installing Steel or Aluminum process equipment preferred.
• Strong ability to manage priorities, manpower, quality, safety, and schedule execution across multiple field teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Primavera Scheduling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development to Superintendents, Foremen, and site leads.
• Coordinate field leadership and execution for assigned project areas.
• Act as primary field resource for schedule, manpower, productivity, and quality issues.
• Represent Construction Management in meetings with owners, contractors, and vendors.
• Escalate issues and assist in corrective action planning.
