Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 10 years of relevant construction inspector experience with earthwork and concrete operations.
• Knowledge and inspection experience in concrete materials, testing, forming, placement, reinforcements, and plan reading.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily on-site observation and construction inspection to ensure compliance with plans, drawings, and standards.
• Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly inspection reports with photographs.
• Notify FE/CCOR of safety issues and provide written reports within 4 hours of events.
• Maintain regular communication with FE and CCOR and monitor CC progress and non-compliance issues.
• Review CC submittals and test results; monitor schedule and provide comments to FE/CCOR.
• Attend meetings and participate in QA/QC, including weekly coordination calls.
• Ensure CC safety compliance per the Health and Safety Plan and related standards.
