Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot analog and digital optics to support connectivity to node, remote OLT/vBNG, or OLT.
• Isolate and resolve fiber optic impairments for HFC and EPON networks.
• Perform construction maintenance on coaxial cable and equipment to restore plant to spec.
• Respond to damage scenarios and coordinate fixes with other departments to resolve issues.
• Perform CLI ride-out and leakage tracking as needed.
• Adhere to NEC, NESC, OSHA, FCC, EPA, DOT, ANSI, and local codes.
• Work nights/weekends/on-call as required and maintain documentation.
