Job summary

Abbott is seeking a highly experienced Principal Field Clinical Lead to support pre-market and post-market TAVI clinical studies. You will partner with physicians, study investigators and internal teams to ensure successful trial execution and high-quality data across assigned territories.

The role requires deep knowledge of structural heart therapies, strong education and leadership skills, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 13+ years of relevant experience or
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or
• Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical trial leadership and site management activities.
• Provide procedural guidance and technical support for TAVI procedures.
• Design and deliver education programs for physicians and clinical staff.
• Support generation and dissemination of clinical evidence for the TAVI portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development and innovation.
• Mentor and develop junior Field Clinical Leads.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GCP, and quality system requirements.
