Abbott Laboratories is seeking a Principal Field Clinical Lead to lead clinical trial execution and site management in the Structural Heart space. You will act as a clinical and procedural expert, providing physician education and strategic enrollment support across assigned territories.

The role requires deep knowledge of transcatheter valve therapies, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance Abbott's TAVI portfolio. Significant travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 13+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s with 10+ years relevant experience; Master’s with 5+ years.
• Extensive experience in clinical research and transcatheter valve programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical trial leadership and site management activities.
• Provide procedural guidance for TAVI procedures and investigations.
• Educate physicians, coordinators, and Cath Lab staff on protocols.
• Collaborate with Global Clinical Affairs and Medical Affairs teams.
• Support enrollment strategies and site activation across trials.
• Mentor junior Field Clinical Leads and drive process improvements.
• Travel 50%–75% to support US and international sites.
