Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
• 4+ years of Claims Handling experience.
• For field roles: Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Determine coverage and investigate, analyze, negotiate, and settle claims.
• Mentor less experienced Adjusters on the team.
• Communicate with insureds, claimants, agents, attorneys, and other parties.
• Utilize Xactimate to evaluate first party property claims.
• Travel as needed for field duties and storm coverage.
