Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Civil/Structural Construction Management.
• Preference for energy or power plant sector exposure.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficiency with project management tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Excellent communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and observe all on-site civil and structural construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and codes.
• Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet milestones.
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and enforce quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to address technical obstacles and maintain workflow.
• Apply civil/structural engineering expertise to optimize designs and construction methods.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations on site.
• Highlight variances to drawings and specifications and track progress in daily reports.
• Support stakeholders by communicating issues early and proposing creative solutions.
