Job summary

You will coordinate with site leaders, manage field teams, and ensure quality inspections while controlling safety and schedule performance. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and at least five years of heavy civil experience, including bridge construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience with bridge construction is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, plans and specifications to plan projects.
• Provide critical information on cost and revenue from project start to finish.
• Work with Walkers/Superintendents on project planning and approvals.
• Conduct recurring team meetings to align with project goals.
• Manage material supplies and draft scopes of work for subcontractors.
• Develop work plans and hazard analyses for crews.
• Promote innovation for cost and schedule improvements.
• Inspect project sites to ensure conformance to design, safety, and productivity goals.
• Relocate and travel as required for meetings and site visits.
• Assume additional responsibilities as directed by management.
