Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial construction coordination and administration experience.
• Knowledge of company standards and construction safety requirements.
• Ability to manage client relationships and communicate clearly.
• Ability to work outdoors and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field and construction tasks with the contractor.
• Serve as the first line coordinator for all contractor activities.
• Monitor contractor performance against milestones and deadlines.
• Develop work-around plans to mitigate conflicts with other coordinators.
