Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a seasoned Community Medical Liaison Program Lead to provide director-level leadership for the IQVIA CML program supporting Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, Neuroscience. This field-based role oversees strategy, performance, and cross-functional execution across national teams.

Responsibilities include guiding education initiatives in neuroscience, coaching a high-performing team, managing contracts and budgets, and ensuring compliance while driving program enhancements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related healthcare field.
• Minimum seven to ten years of healthcare, pharma, or field leadership experience.
• Prior people leadership experience including coaching, hiring, and development.
• Experience leading complex client-facing projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of neuroscience, behavioral health, schizophrenia, mood disorders.
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, scope, and resources; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IQVIA Community Medical Liaison program delivering contractual objectives and performance goals.
• Serve as primary project leader and relationship manager for IQVIA and Johnson & Johnson stakeholders.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Advocacy, and other cross-functional teams to set strategy.
• Provide strategic direction for national field execution, including territory coverage and education.
• Own program planning, timelines, deliverables, reporting, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage contract-related duties, including scope alignment, budgets, and change control.
• Lead, coach, and develop Community Medical Liaisons; foster a compliant, high-performing culture.
• Conduct field visits and coaching to reinforce expectations and best practices.
• Communicate marketplace trends and insights to inform strategy and program enhancements.
• Prepare program updates and executive-level summaries for IQVIA and client leadership.
• Ensure activities comply with IQVIA and Johnson & Johnson policies and regulatory guidelines.
