Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines is recruiting for a Field Director, Caplyta to lead the US Northeast MSL team, guiding scientific engagement and strategic execution across the region.

You will coach MSLs, align TA strategies with Medical Affairs objectives, manage launches and initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive high-quality medical insights and compliant field activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; PharmD/PhD/MD highly preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in pharmaceutical industry, with at least 4 years in MSL roles.
• Previous people management responsibility required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional MSL team and ensure compliant scientific engagement.
• Set regional TA strategy with MSLs and cross-functional partners.
• Coach, develop, and assess direct reports to enable career progression.
• Coordinate field medical programs, launches, and proactive initiatives.
• Use data and insights to guide regional decisions and performance.
