Job summary

You will provide director-level leadership for the IQVIA Community Medical Liaison program supporting Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, Neuroscience, overseeing strategy, education initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires field-based leadership with travel, strong client partnership, and adherence to contractual requirements across national teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, mental health, psychology, nursing, or related field.
• 7–10 years in healthcare, pharma, field leadership, or related experience.
• Prior people leadership: coaching, hiring, performance management, development.

Responsibilities

• Lead IQVIA Community Medical Liaison program for Neuroscience, ensuring objectives and performance goals.
• Serve as primary project leader and relationship manager for IQVIA and Johnson & Johnson stakeholders.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term CML strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Provide strategic direction for national field execution, including territory coverage and education initiatives.
• Own program planning, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation with continuous improvement.
