Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Community Medical Liaison Project Lead (Regional Social Worker) to provide director-level leadership for the IQVIA CML program supporting Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, Neuroscience. This field-based role requires travel and oversight of clinical education, program planning, and contract performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, psychology, nursing, public health, health sciences, or related healthcare field.
• Advanced clinical licensure or certification in mental health strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IQVIA Community Medical Liaison program, ensuring delivery of contractual objectives, performance goals, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary project leader and relationship manager for IQVIA and Johnson & Johnson stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute short- and long-term CML strategy.
• Provide strategic direction for national field execution, including territory coverage and stakeholder engagement.
• Own program planning and operational oversight, including timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation.
• Guide field-based education for healthcare professionals and patient/caregiver education within regulatory guidelines.
• Mentor and develop CMLs, coach for high performance and compliance.
• Oversee field-based activities and ensure alignment with regulatory and privacy guidelines.
