Qualifications

• 5+ years of field commissioning and integration experience.
• Proficient in PLC logic troubleshooting and I/O tracing.
• Ability to read electrical prints and mechanical drawings.
• Willing to travel 50–80% to North American clients.
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident with passport eligibility and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead field commissioning and live-debug of custom automation systems.
• Calibrate multi-axis robots and verify EOAT setups.
• Diagnose PLC logic, servos, vision, pneumatics, safety interlocks.
• Manage on-site deployments and train client personnel.
• Coordinate with design and project teams during field runs.
• Document field progress and update stakeholders.
