Job summary

PNC is seeking an Operations Work Lead Sr within the Commercial Equipment Audit organization. You will audit equipment (tractors, forklifts, trucks, trailers) for accuracy and travel 1–5 days weekly to audit or support teammates.

Remote work may be approved from select locations, with in-office participation as needed. Responsibilities include overseeing workflow, guiding staff, training, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Roles typically require a university/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable mix of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations workflow and assists team with executing complex transactions/processes.
• Monitors and coordinates operations workflow and resolves escalated issues.
• Coaches team members and provides training; leads team huddles/continuous improvement sessions.
• Provides consultation to customers; updates SOPs and participates in projects.
• Verifies completeness and accuracy of procedures and supports risk mitigation.
