Job summary

Infineon Technologies in Livonia, MI seeks a Sr. Staff Engineer, FAE to collaborate with customers on technical deployments and drive system-level discussions that translate to winning design opportunities.

You will partner with the Sales Account Manager to build a robust design-win pipeline and expand BOM share with cross-functional input. You will translate complex technical details into concise value propositions for automotive and semiconductor solutions and contribute to an incentiveable,

Qualifications

Degree in EE or Computer Engineering.
1-2 years experience in Automotive or Semiconductor Industry.
Can break down complex technical details into a concise value proposition for customers.
Experience with AI tools/Programming is a bonus.

Responsibilities

The FAE for Tier One accounts is responsible to engage with the technical side of the customer and identify new opportunities for Infineon's solutions and create system selling discussions with the customer.
The account team design win pipeline and achieved target is both the FAE and Sales Account Manager's deliverable.
Other main tasks are to identify customer solutions and represent them in block diagram format for internal reviews and for showing why and where we are winning and losing.
Maximizing BOM share (PGO count) and engaging Marketing to feedback requests or lessons learnt.
Collaboration with Sales tandem partner to create overarching Account Strategy.
