Job summary

ASML is seeking a seasoned professional to join its Customer Support or BL Apps (AE, Brion or HMI) organization. The role involves sustaining, NPI or customer projects, interfacing with program teams and customers at management level, and guiding customers to the best solution while balancing performance across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in a technical field with strong industry relevance.
• Experience in IC manufacturing or lithography/defectivity related to node development.
• Proven ability to lead a technical team in complex customer issue resolutions.
• Experience in a customer-facing or support role.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation coach for critical issues with investigation insights.
• Identify new solutions and drive value-added services for customers.
• Ensure quality of beta tests and rollout of new products/services.
• Define cross-competence node solutions and translate customer requirements.
• Lead customer projects and coordinate engagements with a small team.
• Coach and train team members to grow capabilities.
