Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a technically strong professional to lead the development and support of HMI e-Beam Inspection (EBI) solutions for a customer site in Texas. Onboarding may occur in San Jose or Hillsboro before relocation.

You will drive tool configurations, data analysis, and use-case development to improve yield and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include demonstrating technical leadership, coordinating with account teams, and delivering customer-focused solutions through

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Physics or Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of SEM inspection experience, especially voltage-contrast use case.
Experience defining market needs based on deep understanding of customers, applications and products.
Experience working with internal and external customers, understanding requirements and developing solutions.
Capability to perform detailed data analysis and create experiment summaries.

Responsibilities

Lead development and support of HMI e-Beam Inspection (EBI) solutions at a customer site in Texas.
Onboard at other sites (San Jose, CA or Hillsboro, OR) before relocating to customer site.
Provide application excellence and training to customers.
Demonstrate technical leadership through problem solving and presentations.
Collaborate with account teams and marketing to define customer-focused packages.
