Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Field Applications Engineering or related customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of connectors, interconnect systems, cable assemblies, or related electromechanical products.
• Experience with CAD tools like Creo or SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customer accounts, developing relationships with engineering, purchasing, and program management teams.
• Partner with Sales to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Drive technical design wins by understanding customer applications and recommending connector/interconnect solutions.
• Support customers through full product development lifecycle from concept to production.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management and Manufacturing to develop customized solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations and design reviews.
• Provide technical guidance on connectors, cable assemblies, and interconnect products.
