Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial automation or robotics.
• Experience with machine vision, Linux, CAD preferred.
• Previous experience as Application/Field Engineer or similar.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Able to grasp complex technical scope and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical point of contact for customers and sales reps.
• Execute PoC analysis with Photoneo & Zebra products.
• Guide customers to define the right Photoneo product for their application.
• Collect and categorize customer feedback for product management.
• Prepare trainings and share knowledge.
• Assist customers with installations and suggest improvements.
• Explore new use cases and create marketing content.
• Contribute to testing and documentation.
