Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS/CE/EE) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional experience in related roles.
• Experience with advanced data capture and retail POS solutions.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering concepts, imaging concepts, Windows and Linux OS, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to partners and customers and assist in system integration for data capture products.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to address performance and usability issues.
• Serve as a technical escalation resource for internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and analyze strategic customer projects to ensure successful execution.
• Support deployments on-site at customer locations and contribute to solution demonstrations.
