Qualifications

Requires 6+ years related professional experience with transferable skills.
4+ years claims experience with preferred emphasis on homeowner claims.
Knowledge of Xactimate repair estimating system.
Knowledge of homeowner policies and procedures.
A valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record is required.

Responsibilities

Investigate and evaluate elements of property loss claims in field and virtually.
Photograph and inspect damaged dwellings, structures, and personal property.
Determine scope of repairs and prepare repair bids using Xactimate.
Negotiate settlements and ensure regulatory compliance of the file.
Travel as needed for field work and team meetings.
