Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr. Large Loss Adjuster for Homeowner Claims, remote across the United States.

You will own 1st‑party property losses with settlement authority up to $250,000 for structural damage and guide investigations with SIU, Subrogation, and counsel as needed, across multiple states. Requires 5–10 years of homeowner claims experience (3+ years on Total Loss), strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency with estimating tools such as Xactimate.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of homeowner claims experience.
• 3+ years handling Homeowner Total Loss claims.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Own 1st-party property losses with settlement authority up to $250,000.
• Evaluate personal property losses for dwelling claims.
• Handle claims up to policy limits for all 1st-party coverages.
• Develop structural repair bids using approved estimating systems.
• Work with insureds, contractors, public adjusters and attorneys to resolve complex claims.
• Travel for role and participate in catastrophe responses as needed.
