Job summary

CareerPaths NW, LLC is seeking an experienced Account Manager to own and grow a sizeable Central Washington territory, including Yakima and Tri-Cities, with coverage in Ellensburg, Wenatchee, and Chelan/Brewster. This is a high-autonomy, field-based role offering a strong compensation package and opportunities to build long-term relationships with a diverse B2B customer base.

You will travel 2–3 days per week, visit 900–1,000 accounts yearly, and complete onboarding in Lacey, WA before ramping

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of outside field-based sales experience.
• History of staying with a single employer for 5+ years preferred.
• Willing to travel 2–3 days per week, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a B2B account base across Central Washington (Yakima & Tri-Cities focus; Ellensburg, Wenatchee, Chelan/Brewster also covered).
• Target top 10% accounts and conduct 900–1,000 customer visits annually.
• Plan weekly travel and 21 customer calls weekly with several in-person visits.
