Job summary

Norm Ai seeks a Senior Field ABM and Events Manager to partner with stakeholders across Norm Ai and Norm Law, running high-impact field programs for key audiences and executing 1:1 ABM plays for strategic clients.

You will design the go-to-market field strategy, own end-to-end execution, and drive pipeline growth while collaborating with executives across segments to build multi-tiered event experiences.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in field, events, or ABM marketing.
• Strong ownership of programming, prioritization, and rapid execution.
• Creative and strategic thinking with ability to turn vague goals into concrete plans.
• Established network across vendors, production, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with AI, legal technology, regulation and policy in enterprise contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end field programs from design to execution that drive pipeline growth.
• Define go-to-market strategies for field programs, including where to show up and how to win.
• Partner with senior executives to understand account dynamics and close gaps in programming.
• Identify opportunities across conferences, owned events, and field tactics.
• Deliver measurable outcomes in executive access, account penetration, and revenue.
