Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC seeks a Fiber Splicing Supervisor to lead a three-to-four-person splicing team on copper and fiber projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality workmanship. The role emphasizes scheduling, progress reporting to customers, and strict adherence to safety and company policies.

You will coordinate with the District Manager, handle invoicing, and maintain strong customer service while supporting field technicians.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of copper splicing and leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience reading outside plant records and engineering schematics.
• Proficient with bonding/grounding requirements of telecom plant.
• Must pass background check and drug screening; valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel in state or overnight as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-4 splicers, manage tasks and deadlines.
• Invoice jobs in a timely manner per company policy.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and regulations (OSHA, DOT).
• Attend safety meetings and in-house training.
• Investigate owner complaints and follow up.
