Job summary

Astreya is seeking aSenior Fiber Infrastructure Project Manager to lead multi-site ISP/OSP fiber deployments, including trenching, splicing, conduit, vaults, and backbone expansion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, manage schedules, budgets, and risks, and report progress to leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with utility-scale fiber projects, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to balance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Telecom/Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years' experience managing complex fiber infrastructure projects.
• Experience in utility-grade OSP/ISP fiber construction and permitting.
• Strong knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies for infra deployments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience creating spreadsheets, presentations and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fiber infrastructure projects to ensure on-time, within-scope, within-budget delivery.
• Oversee OSP fiber construction activities: trenching, conduit, vaults, splicing.
• Review engineering drawings and redlines; maintain detailed project plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders; primary communications lead.
• Monitor risks, issues, and deployment progress; report to leadership.
• Drive best practices by balancing waterfall and agile approaches.
