Job summary

Maverick Corporation in Boston, MA seeks a Director of Fiber Construction to lead our fiber and OSP construction division. You will own project delivery, P&L performance, client relationships, subcontractor management, and team development across FTTH deployments and make-ready work.

This is a high-visibility leadership role reporting to the Operating Partner and based at our Boston HQ with frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fiber construction programs with a focus on FTTH/FTTX and OSP.
• Proven ability to own P&L and drive margin performance.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of FTTH/FTTX and OSP construction programs.
• Own division P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and margin performance.
• Select and manage subcontractors, contracts, and compliance.
• Lead field operations and safety across dispersed crews.
• Grow client relationships and account opportunities.
• Hire and develop project managers and field leaders.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Estimating, and Business Development.
• Report division performance and risks to leadership.
