The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years of experience in telecommunications construction and strong leadership skills. In addition, you will develop Project Quality Plans and lead incident investigations, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Telecommunications construction Superintendent.
• Working knowledge of underground fiber installation using boring and plow equipment.
• Ability to supervise craft employees and subcontractors directly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and project plans.
• Ensure projects meet approved plans and specifications.
• Lead the development of Project Quality Plans and Safety Programs.
