Baker Tilly US is seeking a Financial Institution Senior Consultant (SOX and FDICIA Controls) to join its Risk Advisory practice in the Denver area. You will help clients assess risks, implement regulatory requirements, and enhance internal controls across financial institutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Three years of relevant experience in risk advisory/controls
• CIA or CPA designation preferred; pursuing certifications encouraged
• Experience with SOX/FDICIA internal control programs is strongly preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills

Responsabilidades

• Understand client business processes and regulatory risks.
• Assist clients in complying with financial institution regulations.
• Implement/update regulatory requirements and translate them into controls.
• Stay current on regulatory changes affecting risk and compliance.
• Support internal audit as SME on regulatory topics.
• Lead engagement teams, manage staffing and billing targets.
• Network with clients and staff to build relationships and grow the practice.
