Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Senior Consultant – FEMA in our Government Services Practice to support FEMA-funded initiatives and related compliance and finance activities. The role emphasizes experience with 2 CFR 200, disaster recovery programs, and complex program management across state and local entities.

The candidate will assist with audit readiness, cost tracking, and proposals while engaging in business development and cross-office collaboration. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in state/local disaster recovery administering FEMA funds.
• Knowledge of FEMA disaster programs, statutes, regulations and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Public Safety, Emergency Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support FEMA compliance and 2 CFR 200 audit readiness.
• Assist in closeout of multiple open disasters.
• Support financial management tasks including time and cost tracking.
• Engage in business development and proposal responses.
