Job summary

Figma seeks a Federal Compliance Manager to collaborate with legal, product, and security teams to implement FedRAMP controls and support audits for our cloud services. The role focuses on evidence collection, control validation, POAM reporting, and guiding teams on FedRAMP implementation across the organization.

The position supports remote work within the United States and may be based in a US hub. Candidates should have 5+ years in IT auditing/compliance, FedRAMP experience, and SaaS audit

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT auditing and/or compliance experience.
• Recent hands-on concentration with FedRAMP framework.
• Experience leading a Cloud Service Provider through a FedRAMP ATO process.
• SaaS-based audit and compliance experience.
• Experience with cloud hosting environments (e.g., AWS).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and implement control requirements for FedRAMP compliance.
• Support analysis and remediation of security control implementations, audits, and POAM reporting.
• Assist in internal and external audit prep for cloud security programs.
• Identify and communicate security and configuration requirements to cloud and enterprise teams.
• Develop automated capabilities for evidence collection, control validation, and process execution.
