Job summary

Makpar is seeking a Lead Web Content Developer to helm our enterprise web environment modernization for a federal agency. You will combine hands-on full-stack development with Drupal and .NET leadership to deliver secure, accessible web solutions.

You will guide performance, capacity, and 508 compliance while coordinating with Appian, SharePoint, and DB2 teams, driving Agile/SAFe practices and DevSecOps workflows across multiple contractor teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• At least 10 years of .NET experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of Drupal experience.
• Hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Demonstrated experience functioning as a team lead.
• Hands-on experience with Appian, SharePoint, and DB2 integrations.
• Experience with federal government website design and deployment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to meet personnel security requirements (NACI or greater) and DOL onboarding.
• US Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency for 3 years and Federal tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution for agency Internet and Intranet website support and modernization activities.
• Oversee technical aspects of agency websites, including performance, capacity, responsiveness, and traffic handling.
• Provide hands-on full-stack technical leadership across Drupal and .NET-based environments.
• Lead and coordinate integration work involving Appian, SharePoint, and IBM DB2.
• Oversee organizational management and technical staff supporting contract requirements.
• Serve as the responsible technical lead for Section 508 compliance of Internet and Intranet postings.
• Develop and maintain accessible federal websites using 508 knowledge and practices.
• Apply project-management concepts based on Agile, Lean, and SAFe principles.
• Support modernization objectives, including cloud and enterprise platform integration.
• Coordinate effectively with stakeholders, federal technical personnel, and contractor teams.
• Support cybersecurity, privacy, accessibility, and enterprise architecture requirements.
