Job summary

RIVA Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead day-to-day technical delivery for a federal web modernization program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across web dev, Drupal/WCMS, content operations, UX, QA, accessibility, analytics, and release management while aligning to schedule, quality, and customer priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical projects, web/digital services or Federal IT programs.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams with demos and releases.
• Working knowledge of Drupal/WCMS platforms and web operations.
• Experience coordinating developers, UX/content staff and QA resources.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel or similar tools.
• Understanding 508/WCAG, federal web standards and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical project execution across website maintenance and development.
• Lead Agile/Scrum or Kanban delivery activities and stakeholder demos.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps and risk logs.
• Gather requirements for new websites, pages and analytics requests.
• Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and tasks.
• Coordinate delivery across developers, cloud engineers, content analysts, QA, accessibility staff.
• Oversee release readiness, testing, accessibility validation and deployment.
• Facilitate meetings with Government stakeholders and contractors.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate with client IT and hosting vendors to resolve issues.
• Prepare status reports and support continuous improvement processes.
