Job summary
FYI - For Your Information, Inc. is seeking an experienced technical writer to develop and support documentation for project management plans and career progression tools.
You will document stakeholder engagements and prepare briefings for Workforce Planning leadership and executive staff. You will also craft training materials, finalize requirements documentation, and assist with post-deployment evaluations and monthly progress reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years technical writing/editing for federal or law enforcement projects.
- Demonstrated experience supporting federal HR, law enforcement, or workforce modernization projects of similar size and complexity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support documentation for project management plans and career progression models.
- Document stakeholder engagements and support briefings for Workforce Planning leadership and executives.
- Develop and finalize requirements documentation and user documentation for career progression tools.
- Create training materials including user guides, job aids, and FAQs.
- Prepare interim briefings, consolidated recommendations, and technical reports for leadership.
- Support post-deployment evaluation summaries and monthly progress reports.
