Job summary

Oceans LLC seeks a senior Lead Systems Engineer to drive engineering and architecture for federal mission programs, from requirements through transition.

You will translate mission needs into testable requirements with traceability, develop CONOPS and system architectures, and lead reviews with federal stakeholders while mentoring junior engineers in rigorous methods. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain clearance are required.

Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years systems engineering experience.
• Federal program experience (DoD, DHS, or adjacent).
• U.S. citizenship; ability to obtain and maintain clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
