Oceaneering is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide hands-on engineering leadership across multidisciplinary programs. The role starts with new product development, defining stakeholder needs, architecture, interfaces, and verification planning, then expands to project execution and asset management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead systems engineering activities for complex, multidisciplinary programs.
• Define stakeholder needs and system context, operating environments, and use cases.
• Develop and manage requirements, baselines, and traceability across the lifecycle.
• Create architectures, block diagrams, FFBDs, interfaces, and behavioral models.
• Maintain controlled requirements baseline and coordinate changes with stakeholders.
• Define verification methods, acceptance criteria, and evidence traceability.
• Integrate reliability, safety, cybersecurity, and other specialty inputs into system definition.
• Support multiple projects and participate in customer, supplier, and partner discussions.
• Develop templates, guidance, and coaching to promote consistent systems engineering practices.
